Administrative Support Specialist

As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the scheduling and planning processes within our organization. Your contributions will ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling Coordination: Execute the scheduling and planning processes in alignment with established protocols and regulations.
- Client Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with clients and auditors to verify and confirm schedules.
- Support Initiatives: Assist in promoting qualifications and competence initiatives across the organization.
- Resource Management: Strive for optimal utilization of resources while minimizing operational costs.
- Logistical Considerations: Take into account logistics and geographic factors when planning activities.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with both internal and external customer support teams to manage scheduling needs effectively.
- Additional Duties: Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Language Skills: Basic communication skills in Spanish are preferred, along with a strong command of English.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer relations across various channels (telephone, email, chat) is highly valued.
- Personal Attributes: Ability to multitask, self-organize, pay attention to detail, and demonstrate proactivity.
- Team Player: A strong orientation towards teamwork is essential.
