Role Description

This is a remote opportunity for a specialist to source information and engage potential capital providers for commercial real estate debt and equity brokerage.

Main Responsibilities
  • Implement deal-specific outreach strategies to gauge interest in active opportunities.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified capital providers and senior team members.
  • Conduct introductory calls with lenders and investors to capture high-level criteria.
  • Review lender websites, industry databases, and online resources to identify lending programs and parameters.
  • Update existing capital provider investment parameters in our CRM.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to align outreach efforts with active deals.
  • Prepare weekly progress updates on outreach activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in research, business development, sales support, or a related role.
  • Preferred: Experience in real estate, finance, or capital brokerage, particularly within the U.S. commercial real estate market.
  • Fluent in English (C1 or higher), with strong verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of outreach calls each week.
  • Skilled in gathering and presenting information from databases and direct conversations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.
