Commercial Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist

Our commercial real estate brokerage firm seeks a detail-oriented Calling and Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The role requires someone skilled at online research and comfortable making high-volume phone calls every day.

  • Implement deal-specific outreach strategies to gauge interest in active opportunities, and nurture them toward further discussions.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified capital providers and our senior team, ensuring a smooth handoff for follow-up discussions.
  • Conduct introductory calls with lenders and investors to capture high-level criteria, including preferred loan types, deal sizes, and geographic focus.
  • Review lender websites, industry databases, and online resources to identify, update, and validate current lending programs and parameters.
  • Review and update existing capital provider investment parameters in our CRM, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Work closely with senior team members to align outreach efforts with active deals and capital-raising initiatives.
  • Prepare and share weekly progress updates on outreach activities, database updates, and key findings from conversations.
  • Stay current on industry trends, lender activity, market conditions, and competitor movements within the U.S. commercial real estate sector; provide valuable insights to the team.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in research, business development, sales support, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Experience in real estate, finance, or capital brokerage, particularly within the U.S. commercial real estate market.
  • Fluent in English (C1 or higher), with strong verbal communication skills and confidence in making professional outreach calls.
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of outreach calls each week.
  • Skilled in gathering, synthesizing, and presenting information from databases, websites, and direct conversations.
  • Skilled at leveraging online research tools to source and evaluate capital providers.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple outreach activities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
  • Tech-savvy with experience using cold-emailing and calling tools, and best practices.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
