Our organization seeks a skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to support the employee lifecycle from hire to retire. This role will be responsible for on-boarding and induction, experience working in the BPO industry, and implementing employee engagement and retention practices.

About the Role:
  • Support the management of the employee lifecycle

  • Ensure efficient time and attendance management
  • Provide guidance on labor laws and regulations

  • Collaborate with HR Operations and Shared Services teams

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in any field
  • Possess strong knowledge of human resources principles and practices
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

Experience:

  • Minimum 9 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Experience with recruitment, payroll, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese
