Job Title: HR Operations Advisor

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically enhance the employee experience through localized initiatives throughout the entire lifecycle, focusing on visa matters, process improvements, and data insights.
  • Provide expert support and knowledge to various departments for the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Develop efficient people processes, systems, policies, and continually work on the enhancement of employee lifecycle processes.
  • Maintain strong partnerships with geographically distributed team members, serving as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and develop strong stakeholder relationships by providing accurate, timely, and appropriate advice.
Requirements
  • Minimum Qualifications: 5 years of experience in HR operations, strong knowledge of labor/compliance laws, cultural nuances, and experience in setting up relationships & handling trade unions.
  • Proficient and excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
  • Preferred Qualifications: Excellent problem-solving skills; high level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics; humility, flexibility, and good interpersonal interactions.
