Senior Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the faculty team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and prepare communications such as scholarly works, manuscripts, and reports.
  • Implement the final examination system, including test material preparation and administration.
  • Manage transcription services for speeches, grievance hearings, and minutes.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including lodging and ground transportation.
  • Provide phone call referrals, duplicating services, and correspondence sorting and distribution.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and requisition requests.
  • Packaging and special mailings for events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Organize and maintain office files.
  • Update and maintain postage and travel accountability reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or closely related field preferred.
  • Two years' experience or equivalent combination of four years of relevant training and experience.
