Lead Operations Expert

Amazon is seeking an exceptional leader to manage a team of warehouse associates. This role requires strong leadership skills, with a focus on four key areas: safety, quality, customer experience, and productivity.

As a Lead Operations Expert, you will review work forecasts and determine productivity requirements to meet overall building objectives. You will partner with other Area Managers to balance labor and ensure efficient shifts while meeting all goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review work forecasts and determine productivity requirements.
  • Partner with other Area Managers to balance labor.
  • Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance.
  • Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
  • Management experience in a manufacturing, production, or distribution environment.
  • Experience managing large teams, including payroll, performance management, and workflow assignment.
  • Interest in long-term career development through assignments in multiple facilities.
