About the Job

Are you passionate about driving impactful customer experiences and strategic growth in a dynamic industry? We are seeking an experienced Customer Engagement Manager to lead innovative trade marketing strategies that enhance commercial performance, visibility, and customer loyalty.

This role involves:

  • Developing and executing point-of-sale activation programs to elevate customer experiences and drive product adherence.
  • Creating and implementing trade marketing strategies to optimize commercial performance and portfolio growth.
  • Analyzing market data and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities and develop channel-specific tactics.
  • Managing and maintaining respective systems for effective trade initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

We're looking for someone with strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful point-of-sale marketing strategies, analyze market data, and drive business decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Candidate should be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing, Trade & Revenue Management (TRM), and Finance strategies, ensuring an integrated approach.

Communication & Education

Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for this role, as well as negotiation expertise for partnership development and commercial agreements.

Performance Management

The selected candidate will track and analyze KPIs of initiatives, implement strategic adjustments to maximize results, and ensure discount optimization while enhancing performance.

About You

To succeed in this position, candidates must demonstrate:

  • Proven Commercial or Trade Marketing background with experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful point-of-sale marketing strategies.
  • Experience in analyzing market data and consumer behavior to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Negotiation expertise for partnership development and commercial agreements.

Key Skills

Analytical excellence, leadership and interpersonal skills, execution excellence, and communication and influence are highly valued in this role.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, engineering, or pharmacy is required. An MBA is also desired, demonstrating advanced business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.

Language

Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and English is mandatory.
