Job Overview

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with dealers, retailers, and buying groups in Brazil, as well as identifying new sales opportunities and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with experience in the consumer electronics or pool industry. They will be responsible for building and executing account strategies, managing sales forecasts, and collaborating with internal teams to determine product or service requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Manage sales forecasts and ensure accurate reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to determine product or service requirements
  • Host and coordinate corporate brand events and trade shows
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in sales and business development
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese
  • Data processing skills and MS Office proficiency
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, target-driven, and sales result-oriented
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
