Key Responsibilities:- New Business Development: Identify and target prospective clients with a strong presence in the market, conduct thorough market research to understand client needs and industry trends, and assess and evaluate to ensure they meet the criteria for partnership.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, understand client goals and challenges to provide tailored solutions that meet their business objectives, and serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Account Management: Develop and implement upselling strategies to increase booking volume within existing accounts, regularly assess account performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures, and provide regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
- Extensive Industry Network: A vast network and established relationships within the hotel distribution industry.
- Strong Sales and Account Management Skills: A strong track record of acquiring new clients and increasing revenue within existing accounts.
- Solution-Oriented and Collaborative: Ability to find innovative solutions and build strong, collaborative relationships with partners.
- Team Player and Self-Motivated: A high degree of organization and self-motivation to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Graduate with an associate's degree or higher.
- Excellent oral and written proficiency in English and Portuguese.
- Demonstrates 3-5 years of experience in the Travel / Accommodation industry.
