Sales Role Overview

TSC Subsea is a pioneering company in the development of cutting-edge subsea NDT inspection solutions. As a Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving sales revenue and growth by qualifying leads, conducting research, and building strong business relationships.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets and expand the business in key subsea markets.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to generate leads and improve competitive advantage.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations and participate in trade shows to showcase TSC Subsea's products and services.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and the organization's purchasing process.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
- Ensure all proposal documents are accurate and complete, including pricing and approval documents.

Requirements:
- Strong sales skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to travel as required to meet sales targets.
