* Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365
* Experience with Apple Remote Desktop, JAMF, and Zendesk administration
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to document work clearly
* Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-native English speakers
