Job Title: Bid Desk Support Analyst Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Desk Support Analyst to join our team at Motorola Solutions. As a key member of our sales support team, you will be responsible for analyzing sales data and providing insights to help guide sales strategy. Your expertise in pricing and bid management will be crucial in supporting our North America Video Security & Access Control Sales & Portfolio Manager in achieving margin and revenue growth goals. Key Responsibilities: * Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth * Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize revenue and margin * Collaborate with sales teams to ensure accurate and competitive pricing * Manage bid desk processes to ensure timely and accurate pricing * Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry benchmarks and competitor pricing Requirements: * 2+ years of experience in sales support, deal registration, or related sales role * Bachelor's degree * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Proficient in CRM tools (e.g. SFDC) What We Offer: * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment EEO Statement: Motorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
