Job Title: Salesforce Success Plan Sales Executive

The Salesforce Success Plan Sales team is seeking a highly skilled sales professional to join our team. As a Salesforce Success Plan Sales Executive, you will be responsible for supporting our business to position and sell our Signature Success Plan to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets for Signature Success plans across bookings, attach, upgrades, and conversions.
  2. Build strong relationships with internal partners to review territories and identify strategies and opportunities to attach Signature Success plans.
  3. Act as a subject matter expert for Success Cloud products and evangelize Signature Success internally and externally.
  4. Collaborate effectively with other parts of the organization to address and resolve customer or sales issues.
  5. Travel up to 20%.
Requirements:
  1. 5-7+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Services (consulting sales, technical sales or support sales) required.
  2. Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
  3. CRM or Marketing automation application experience: Salesforce or ExactTarget product experience a plus.
  4. Demonstrated track record of self-starting, risk-taking, and ability to influence without authority.
  5. Excellent relationship-building skills with a proven track record to grow and nurture relationships.
  6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Outstanding presentation skills are required including the ability to adapt style based on the audience and present complex ideas.
