Job Role Overview:

The Customer Service Associate delivers an exceptional shopping experience for customers. Their responsibilities include assisting with queries and product recommendations, managing sales transactions, maintaining cash security and protecting company assets, as well as fostering a positive and respectful environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance to customers on product-related inquiries
  • Process sales transactions at designated checkout points
  • Maintain the security of cash and safeguard company assets
  • Ensure efficient inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise in accordance with set productivity standards
