About Our Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Research Analyst to join our team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for analyzing and modeling South American natural gas market fundamentals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and analyze supply, demand, storage, prices, transportation, and other factors in the South American natural gas market.
- Lead or contribute to regular reports that communicate key market drivers and shifts in South American natural gas markets.
- Deliver insights through written reports, presentations, and client interactions.
- Conduct topical research to help clients understand drivers, trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, business, engineering, or a related field; graduate degree preferred.
- Three or more years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical skills, forecasting skills, and ability to work with large data sets.
- Programming skills (VBA, SQL), econometrics, forecasting, and Power BI skills a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish fluency a plus.
