Responsibilities- Monitor delinquency indicators and analyze results.
- Prioritize and implement strategies for improved performance.
- Plan and organize team activities to ensure good interface with other departments.
- Guarantee proper execution of all collection procedures following internal policies and current legislation.
- Experience in team management promoting organizational climate, engagement, and alignment to meet goals and results.
- Complete or ongoing higher education in Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
- Knowledge and experience in Credit and Collections, administrative/financial routines, and ERP systems.
- Negotiation experience and ability to handle conflicts.
