Job Title: Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist

This is a highly skilled position in revenue operations that requires finance expertise, leadership abilities, and strong organizational skills. The role involves managing the full revenue cycle from quote to cash, ensuring timely collections and providing financial support to clients.

The ideal candidate has 1–3+ years of accounting experience in U.S.-based companies with a focus on Accounts Receivable and Revenue Operations. They must have advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Stripe, as well as the ability to review SQL outputs for accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end revenue operations, including generating quotes and invoices, reconciling discrepancies, and tracking receivables.
  • Oversee a small team to send invoices daily, review accuracy against order forms, and resolve discrepancies with sales or customers.
  • Respond to customer and sales questions on invoicing, take ownership of collections, and push back when needed.
  • Support accurate revenue reporting by collaborating with the accounting team and reviewing SQL query outputs for accuracy.
  • Optimize key systems while leading upgrades, automation projects, and process improvements.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients regarding billing, invoices, and payment statuses.
