About the RoleThe Senior Manager of Consumer Communications will integrate our Communications Team and work directly with our leadership team in Brazil to develop and execute the full Consumer Comms strategy for our local market. This position requires extensive external Communications experience in innovative and fast-paced companies, preferably in the technology segment.
The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and experience in the food, beverage, or food delivery segments, as well as expertise in working with both traditional media and KOLs/social media. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
This role involves planning and executing Comms strategies and campaigns in Brazil, interacting directly with media, journalists, and KOLs, and managing an external PR agency. Key responsibilities include:
- Increasing brand awareness in Brazil.
- Improving brand favorability.
- Maintaining or improving tonality of earned media stories.
- Maintaining integrated brand campaigns (cross-functional work with Marketing, Social Media, Business, Government Affairs, and Internal Comms teams).
- Managing crisis/mitigating negative PR impact.
