The ideal candidate will develop and implement an integrated CRM strategy, ensuring seamless customer journeys across all channels. This includes email marketing, SMS, push notifications, and automation campaigns.
Key responsibilities include creating and managing customer segmentation, defining and monitoring performance KPIs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting the analysis of customer behavior.
We are seeking a highly analytical professional with proficiency in CRM platforms, advanced Excel skills, and experience with marketing automation tools.
A strong background in customer base segmentation and campaign personalization is essential, as well as excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM, preferably in the luxury market
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Oracle, Adobe, etc.)
- Experience with marketing automation and email/SMS/push delivery tools
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Analytics/GA4
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects
