Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM, preferably in the luxury market
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Oracle, Adobe, etc.)
  • Experience with marketing automation and email/SMS/push delivery tools
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Analytics/GA4
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects
