Role Summary:

Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving tickets efficiently, and managing incidents and problems.

  • Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure the highest standards of quality are maintained across all aspects of the job.
  • Drive Service Improvements: Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance the overall service.
  • Resolve Tickets Efficiently: Independently resolve tickets and ensure timely completion of agreed SLAs.
  • Manage Incidents and Problems: Provide support for on-call escalations, manage incidents, and troubleshoot issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • DevOps Experience: Proven experience as a DevOps Reliability Engineer or similar role is essential.
  • Cloud Platforms: Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS, is necessary.
  • DevOps Tools and Practices: Proficiency in DevOps tools and practices is required.
  • Coding Skills: Experience with coding skills, especially in Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines, is desired.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary for this role.
