Establish a sales leadership presence in LATAM by managing regional P&L, driving revenue growth, and leading market forecasting to support strategic corporate decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Optimize profit margins while maintaining high-quality standards across the LATAM region.
- Expand the account base to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts for the LATAM market to inform corporate strategy.
- Participate in forecast meetings, providing actionable insights from the region.
- Lead scalable and profitable growth initiatives.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- 6+ years of sales leadership experience within tech, software, or cybersecurity industries.
- Desirable: experience working in startup/high-growth environments.
- Proven strategic planning and analytical skills, combined with exceptional sales capabilities.
- Language proficiency: Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish (required).
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to operate independently.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Relevant certifications, such as MBA or similar professional development.
- Experience working with international teams and adapting to diverse cultural environments.
