  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
  • Advanced or Native English speaker.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in change management within large organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This role involves designing and standardizing change management materials, providing coaching and guidance to regional leadership, and ensuring smooth transition and communication to our projects. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong project management skills, and proficiency in creating and managing content for internal platforms.
