As Talent Excellence Lead – Americas, you will enable success by partnering with technology, HR, and other teams to evolve the candidate and partner experience through process improvements and technology enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the health of supply chains, including demand planning, resource allocation, and scalability.

  • Review predictive analytics and insights to aid delivery teams in problem prevention and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with other departments within HR, representing talent on global projects and initiatives.
  • Own the overall operational health for recruiting and background check operations.
  • Manage vendors, systems, and services across the talent organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in talent management, operations, and process improvement.
  • Strong partnership and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation.
  • Knowledge of talent intelligence tools and ATS/CRM systems.
