About this position:

The role of Sales Director is pivotal in driving and closing projects throughout the sales cycle, representing our organization in front of key clients and guiding the transition towards sustainable energy solutions.

  • Meet and exceed annual order intake targets by mentoring colleagues through the sales process
  • Establish and develop strong client relationships, building trust and understanding for clients' business needs
  • Create business cases and oversee communication between internal and external stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, client, and competitor activities

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or MBA
  • Proven experience in Sales, Commercial Sales, and/or Business Development, preferably in renewable energy or project-based sectors
  • Negotiation skills with complex technical contracts
  • Fluent English, Spanish desirable
