Key Responsibilities
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times, even in challenging situations
• Ensure accurate and efficient guest billing, financial transactions, and reception float management
• Provide exceptional guest service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, adhering to Accor Hotels' high standards of quality and cleanliness
Requirements
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on providing exceptional guest service
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in hotel software systems
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
