About the RoleThe Regional Business Developer will serve as a senior ambassador for Citi in their country or cluster, promoting the value proposition of the organization and its broader capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee overall business partnerships agreements and revenues in respective markets, aligned with regional heads and senior executives.
- Partner with sales teams and wider businesses to deliver growth in new client acquisitions and revenues exceeding plans for the country or cluster.
- Drive growth through systematic engagement with counterparts via enhanced partnership initiatives, joint client calling, pipeline management, and local marketing activities.
- Originate structured deals, partnering with solutions and broader businesses.
- Implement and manage the latitude strategy for the Country/Cluster in coordination with the global marketing team.
