Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in business development, sales, or a related field in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry in CIS.
  • Fluency in Russian language.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
