Business Development Role

To succeed in this role, you will develop a comprehensive business strategy to drive sales growth in the CIS region for aftermarket automotive products.

You will identify and pursue new opportunities, build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and conduct market research to stay ahead of the competition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pursue new business opportunities in the CIS region for auto parts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and distributors
  • Analyze customer needs and tailor product offerings to meet market demands
  • Stay informed about local laws and regulations related to trade in the CIS region
  • Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and ensure regular progress reporting to the management team
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any stream or equivalent; MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the automotive industry
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry in CIS
  • Fluency in Russian language is a must
  • Knowledge of local laws and regulations governing trade in the CIS region
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
