**Job Opportunity:**

The Power Consulting Unit Manager is a key position within our organization, responsible for developing advisory projects for major electricity sector agents. This includes distribution, transmission, retailer, and generator companies, as they navigate regulatory, economic, and electricity challenges.


Key Responsibilities:

This role involves identifying opportunities for new and repeating consulting business, building an internal and external network for information exchange, and creating added value for customers and the organization. The successful candidate will ensure the successful outcome of transactions, contracts, and proposals through sales techniques and negotiating tactics.


Project Management:

The Power Consulting Unit Manager will be responsible for proposing research & development projects, including scope of budget and project management strategy. They will also support productization, modularization, and ongoing support with contract management activities.


Team Leadership:

This role requires leading the creation of new processes and tool enhancements following advanced techniques. The successful candidate will coach and develop subordinate colleagues, manage experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments, and implement policies and strategies for short-term results.


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a driven, dedicated, and service-minded individual who can work both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, as well as a university degree, preferably in a relevant technical area, along with experience in Energy/Utility Sector and managing P&L.
