Product Development Lead

Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead the development of our offerings, driving their lifecycle from validation to business model determination and solution requirements definition.

This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs, allowing the candidate to work across disciplines to build effective solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop go-to-market strategies and execute them to drive growth in our portfolio.
  • Collaborate with customers, partners, and sales teams to achieve business outcomes.
  • Design and lead sales enablement initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to create sales and marketing assets.
  • Partner with product managers, sales leadership, support, development, and expert lab services to ensure timely delivery of key capabilities and associated support plans.
  • Create compelling content, including PowerPoint decks, demos, and blog posts, and work with sales and product teams on opportunities.
  • Develop expertise in customer business needs and serve as a trusted advisor.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in software product management or Go To Market experience.
  • Strong public speaking skills with the ability to influence audiences.
  • Self-management, prioritization, and adaptability in ambiguous situations.
  • Effective problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Proven interpersonal skills.
  • Experience writing blogs, web pages, and other collateral.
  • Product messaging, positioning, and launch expertise.
