We are seeking an HRBP - Business Development Specialist to contribute to the maximization of organizational performance by providing efficient support to human resources processes. The successful candidate will implement innovative solutions to optimize the functioning of the department and ensure continuous improvement in people management practices.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement an internal communication plan, ensuring effective dissemination of information.
  • Execute the local rewards and recognition program, promoting employee performance.
  • Develop and implement the local onboarding and development plan, ensuring new talent capability and engagement.
  • Manage payroll subsystems, including time and attendance control, guaranteeing compliance and accuracy.
  • Lead admission and departure processes, ensuring compliance with local policies and regulations.
  • Implement and support talent programs, including attraction, selection, pipeline development, and succession planning.
  • SUPPORT THE COMMUNICATION AND EXECUTION OF ANNUAL COMPENSATION CYCLE, ENSURING ALIGNMENT WITH COMPANY DIRECTIVES.
  • Provide support to leaders in monitoring and reviewing work plans, ensuring progress and goal achievement.
  • Create purchase requests and orders for local services, ensuring compliance with internal processes.
  • Support local audits and legal activities, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and norms.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Psychology, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Availability for travel.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes.
  • Knowledge of training processes.
  • Knowledge of personnel routines.
  • Category B Driver's License.
