Job Overview

Amaris Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Senior Manager to join our team. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading our business development efforts, recruiting and managing a team of consultants, and overseeing the overall health and success of our business unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Recruit, manage, and develop a team of consultants to deliver high-quality projects
  • Oversee the financial performance of the business unit, including profit and loss assessments and budgeting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business success and achieve company goals

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in business development, preferably in a consulting firm
  • Master's degree in business or engineering
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth and revenue
