Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Human Resources to lead our HR strategy and drive business results. As a key member of our Leadership Team, you will be responsible for advising on HR matters, identifying and driving HR initiatives that support business strategies, and partnering with senior management and employees to cultivate a positive and inclusive work culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise members of the Leadership Team on HR matters and provide strategic guidance on HR-related issues.
- Identify and drive HR initiatives that support business strategies and objectives.
- Partner with senior management and employees to cultivate a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Lead efforts to realign and refocus the organization's business model and organization dynamics as needed.
- Partner with Managers and Employees to develop and implement talent management initiatives, including organization design, talent planning, development actions, performance management, and compensation.
- Mentor and support Managers around key hiring and headcount-related activities.
- Support manager efficiency actions, mentor, and monthly A.C.E check-ins.
- Lead annual compensation activities and recommend improvements to HR systems and policies.
- Partner with Employee Relations Center of Excellence to support investigations and provide business perspective.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree in an HR subject area preferred.
- At least 8+ years of HR professional experience, including at least 5+ years as an HR Business Partner and team leader.
- Validated experience with HR management components, including talent acquisition, performance management, development, talent planning, compensation, culture and engagement, organizational design and change, and inclusion & diversity.
- Strong HR process orientation and agile mentality.
- Experience working with Leadership Team members, People Managers, and employees in a variety of locations.
- Ability to analyze data quickly and thoroughly and provide actionable business recommendations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR Systems.
- Health Care, High Technical equipment, and Commercial backgrounds preferred.
