About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Executive to join our team at Able Digital in São Paulo, Brazil. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in driving our HR strategies and initiatives to support the growth and development of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organizational Alignment: Ensure that HR strategies align with the overall business strategy and goals set by the General Manager and executive team.
  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent, especially Salesforce-related professionals.
  • Employee Development: Develop and implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts, including cultural transformation and employee engagement initiatives.
  • HR Policies: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and practices across the organization.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, ensuring regular performance reviews and feedback.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local regulations.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations.
  • HR Metrics: Monitor and report on key HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and strategies.
  • Special Projects: Lead specific HR projects or initiatives, such as organizational restructuring, diversity and inclusion efforts, and other strategic HR projects.
Requirements
  • Leadership and Influence: Ability to lead and influence without direct authority.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and analytical skills to align HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Project Management: Strong project management capabilities to handle multiple HR initiatives simultaneously.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve HR-related issues efficiently.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with employees and management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a technology or consulting firm.
  • In-depth knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience with Salesforce-related roles is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese is required.
