Transforming Healthcare through Strategic HR Leadership

Baxter, a leading global healthcare company, is seeking a seasoned Senior Human Resources Manager to lead our HR strategy and drive business results. As a key member of our Leadership Team, you will partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR initiatives that support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Advise the Leadership Team on HR matters, providing strategic guidance and support to drive business success.
  2. Develop and implement HR initiatives that align with our business strategies, focusing on talent management, organizational design, and change management.
  3. Collaborate with business leaders to assess and improve the efficiency of our organization's business model and dynamics.
  4. Partner with HR teams to cultivate a culture of excellence, driving employee engagement and retention.
  5. Engage with functional Centers of Excellence to champion and implement enterprise-wide processes and best practices.
  6. Drive talent management initiatives, including organization design, talent planning, development actions, and performance management.
  7. Mentor and support managers in key hiring and headcount-related activities, ensuring effective talent acquisition and management.
  8. Support manager efficiency actions, mentor, and conduct regular check-ins to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  9. Lead annual compensation activities, ensuring fair and equitable pay practices.
  10. Recommend and drive improvements to HR systems and policies, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  11. Partner with Employee Relations Center of Excellence to support investigations and provide business perspective.
  12. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to develop HR skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree in HR preferred.
  2. At least 8+ years of HR professional experience, including 5+ years as an HR Business Partner and team leader.
  3. Validated experience in HR management components, including talent acquisition, performance management, development, talent planning, compensation, culture and engagement, organizational design and change, and inclusion & diversity.
  4. Proven track record of identifying and implementing HR solutions that support business results.
  5. Strong HR process orientation, paired with an agile mentality.
  6. Experience working with Leadership Team members, People Managers, and employees in various locations.
  7. Ability to analyze data quickly and thoroughly, providing actionable business recommendations.
  8. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR Systems.
  9. Healthcare, high-tech, and commercial backgrounds preferred.
