About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Cpfl Co. Ltd. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed client expectations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
