Job Overview- Partner strategically with leadership as a trusted advisor to support decision-making in areas like Organizational Design, Talent Development, Culture, and Engagement.
- Drive business outcomes through effective people management: Support the execution of the People Cycle, aligning global and regional strategies to business priorities.
- Execute talent initiatives: Support the implementation of projects to enhance our talent pipeline and address key opportunities.
- Collaborate on HR solutions: Partner with HR stakeholders across employee relations, leadership development, recruitment, compensation, diversity, and employee advocacy.
- Support workforce planning: Lead succession and workforce planning efforts, helping to develop leadership talent across the business.
- Facilitate organizational change: Drive change management initiatives and improve processes to align with organizational goals.
- Build strong relationships: Foster connections with key stakeholders and HR colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Proven experience in strategic HR partnering or a similar role.
- Strong result-driven and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in talent management, organizational design, and local employment practices.
- Ability to learn, lead, and influence in a constantly changing environment and cultivate strong relationships across teams.
- A passion for driving culture, engagement, and leadership development.
- Effective communication and critical thinking capability applied at all levels of the organization.
- Experience using data to identify insights that drive action.
