About the Role:
- We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our efforts in understanding and enhancing the rider experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize the rider experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement localized rider service systems and features.
- Analyze feedback from riders and stakeholders to inform product development and strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including riders, partners, and internal teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in strategy operations, preferably in customer service and experience enhancement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
