We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Manager to join our dynamic organization in Teresina, BR. As the Financial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and managing the accounting team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and accounting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Review and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely financial processing.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, including operations and senior leadership, to provide financial insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
