Senior Customer Experience Content Creator

Customer experience excellence is our top priority. We're seeking a skilled Content Specialist to join our team in São Paulo.
Your mission will be to transform complex information into actionable materials, ensuring that our operators have the necessary tools to provide exceptional service.
We're looking for someone who can:
- Create, review, and update customer service scripts and operational procedures with a focus on maximum resolution and agility.
- Develop and maintain high-quality content within knowledge base platforms.
- Translate complex processes and internal policies into clear communication for daily operations.
- Evaluate content rigorously against regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Partner with teams to understand changes and translate them into applicable content.

Key qualifications include:
- Proven experience in creating technical or instructional content, preferably in high-volume Customer Service or Call Centre environments.
- A strong ability to translate complex information into clear, concise language.
- Experience with Confluence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese; Spanish would be an advantage.
