Service Delivery Manager Role

This is a high-profile position within our organization where you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of end-to-end IT services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead service delivery across multiple domains including Cloud, IT Infrastructure, Network Transformation, Digital Workplace, and Cybersecurity.
  • Manage service performance to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain service governance frameworks for effective monitoring and reporting.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Essential:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
    • 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
    • Proven experience in delivering cloud and digital projects.
    • Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and service management best practices.
    • Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, GCP, M365, VMware, and enterprise networking.
  • Preferred:
    • ITIL v4 certification or equivalent.
    • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile project management certification.
    • Security certifications such as CISSP or CISM.
    • Experience working in global environments.
