The role of the Associate Sales Manager is pivotal in driving revenue and business growth. Key to this success is overseeing sales teams supporting key accounts, leading sales teams, managing customer success motions (onboarding, adoption, health checks, voice of the customer), and revenue retention motions (contract renewals, extensions, upsell, expansion). This includes building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of customer acquisition specialists towards achieving the company's sales targets in the Brazilian B2B space.
- Developing tailored strategies to improve acquisition metrics and enhance team performance.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum 3+ years of proven sales experience.
- At least 1+ year of leadership experience in a similar role.
- A strong understanding of the Brazilian market, particularly in social media and technology sectors.
- Proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
