About the Role
">As a Technical Leadership Professional, you will oversee strategic projects and manage a team of engineers. You will not only optimize your own code but also ensure that engineers can optimize theirs.
">You will manage project goals, contribute to product strategy, and help develop your team. Teams work across various areas of the company, including information retrieval, artificial intelligence, natural language processing, and large-scale system design.
">You will operate with scale and speed, guiding exceptional software engineers as they grow and develop their skills.
">The Appeals and Account Interventions team is responsible for developing Google's capability to handle user appeals after enforcement actions. We want to have a more nuanced way to effect user behavior and manage user safety across Google properties.

">The Core team builds the technical foundation behind Google's flagship products. We are owners and advocates for the underlying design elements, developer platforms, product components, and infrastructure at Google.
