Job Title: Achieving Technical Leadership

Position Overview

This role is focused on achieving technical leadership and driving success within our organization. As a key member of the engineering team, you will play a vital role in the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with team leads to identify and resolve application issues
  • Analyze code debugging or log analysis to pinpoint defects, discrepancies, and trends
  • Manage incidents and communicate effectively with users, application owners, and stakeholders
  • Enhance application stability and performance by observing patterns, recurring failures, and/or issues, and advise application owners on permanent fixes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in computer science concepts, particularly data structures
  • Problem-solving skills in development or production environments
  • Effective communication skills with ability to articulate technical and functional aspects of a development/production problem
  • Experience with Java and Angular programming languages
  • Experience with Shell script, Perl, or Python scripting languages
  • Experience with Sybase ASE/IQ, Oracle, or DB2 RDBMS environments
