We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at AppsFlyer, a leading provider of mobile marketing analytics.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop in-depth knowledge of our product and stay up-to-date on new features and releases
- Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders through exceptional support and service
- Design and deliver training programs to educate customers on our products and features
- Collect and document customer feedback to inform product development
- Host executive business reviews to share insights and best practices
- Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell
- 3-5+ years of experience in a Customer Success role, preferably in a SAAS company
- Web marketing and digital advertising experience, with a focus on mobile
- Technical background and analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
- Product management experience or familiarity
- Technical expertise in SDKs, APIs, SQL, and mobile app tracking
