We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at AppsFlyer, a leading provider of mobile marketing analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our product and stay up-to-date on new features and releases
  • Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve complex technical issues
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders through exceptional support and service
  • Design and deliver training programs to educate customers on our products and features
  • Collect and document customer feedback to inform product development
  • Host executive business reviews to share insights and best practices
  • Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell
Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a Customer Success role, preferably in a SAAS company
  • Web marketing and digital advertising experience, with a focus on mobile
  • Technical background and analytical skills
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment

  • Product management experience or familiarity
  • Technical expertise in SDKs, APIs, SQL, and mobile app tracking
