A sua missão é ser a linha de frente do nosso time comercial, identificando, qualificando e gerando oportunidades quentes para o time de vendas.
- Prospecção ativa de leads (outbound) e atendimento de leads inbound;
- Qualificação de potenciais clientes, entendendo suas dores e necessidades;
- Gerar oportunidades para o time de Closer com alto nível de preparo;
- Atualizar e organizar o CRM, garantindo previsibilidade e fluxo no funil;
- Colaboração com marketing e vendas para refinar ICP e mensagens de abordagem.
- Perfil comunicativo, resiliente e altamente orientado a resultados;
- Capacidade de ouvir ativamente e construir rapport rápido;
- Organização para lidar com múltiplos leads e processos ao mesmo tempo;
- Vontade de aprender e crescer dentro da área de vendas;
- Experiência prévia como SDR/BDR é diferencial, mas não obrigatória.
