A sua missão é ser a linha de frente do nosso time comercial, identificando, qualificando e gerando oportunidades quentes para o time de vendas.

  • Prospecção ativa de leads (outbound) e atendimento de leads inbound;
  • Qualificação de potenciais clientes, entendendo suas dores e necessidades;
  • Gerar oportunidades para o time de Closer com alto nível de preparo;
  • Atualizar e organizar o CRM, garantindo previsibilidade e fluxo no funil;
  • Colaboração com marketing e vendas para refinar ICP e mensagens de abordagem.
Habilidades e Conhecimentos Requisitos:
  • Perfil comunicativo, resiliente e altamente orientado a resultados;
  • Capacidade de ouvir ativamente e construir rapport rápido;
  • Organização para lidar com múltiplos leads e processos ao mesmo tempo;
  • Vontade de aprender e crescer dentro da área de vendas;
  • Experiência prévia como SDR/BDR é diferencial, mas não obrigatória.
