People Operations Role

A vital role in any organization, the People Operations specialist is responsible for championing transparency, collaboration, and excellence throughout the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee lifecycle: hiring, terminations, and related legal processes.
  • Oversee employee benefits: transportation vouchers, meal allowances, medical and dental plans.
  • Track and manage vacation accruals, guiding employees on policies and compliance.
  • Act as primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits, vacations, payroll, and HR processes.
  • Maintain and update the employee database, generating reports for audits and due diligence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Human Resources, preferably in People Operations roles.
  • Proficiency in the English language.
  • Deep knowledge of admission and termination practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
