As a retail sales expert, you will be responsible for driving sales by activating products, promotions, and displays in-store. You will deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) and meet annual objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Represent Mondelēz International by visiting stores according to the agreed planning cycle.
- Monitor shelf and assortment.
- Expose campaigns and search for best locations in stores.
- Perform required administrative tasks.
- Optimize the use of our point-of-sales material.
- Be the customer's first choice of supplier.
- Create exposure in stores.
- Previous merchandising experience is preferred.
- Confident with good interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve set goals.
- Computer literate with good verbal and written communication skills.
This role involves playing a crucial part in driving sales and achieving business objectives. As a member of the team, you will contribute significantly to the company's success.
