Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to process invoices and manage financial records efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles and be proficient in managing financial data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process accounts payable transactions in accordance with established financial procedures and policies.
  • Classify, verify, post, compute, and record accounts receivable data in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accurately accounted for.
  • Prepare and send invoices, bills, and bank deposits as required.
  • Facilitate pending invoices by contacting clients and sending reminders.
  • Resolve any discrepancies or client billing issues promptly.
  • Generate financial reports and statements detailing the status of accounts receivable.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
  • Expertise in calculating, posting, and managing financial records and accounting figures.
  • Proficient in proprietary programs and spreadsheets.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and English.
